EVENTS SCHEDULING ONLINE

You may schedule your meetings or any other events on www.xeevio.com website. Create a voting form, enter email addresses of the persons you wish to invite and that's all! You can quickly and easily agree on the best date. The system automatically sends invitations to all the attendants and collects their responses. Of course, you can participate in the poll as well. After you are happy with the votes you can close the poll. System evaluates the votes and offers you the best date with the highest score.

WHAT CAN I SCHEDULE?

You can schedule any event, eg. business meeting, session with your friends, summer vacation, sport match or anything else. You can set any number of dates or periods and invite any numer of participants that will vote for particular dates. Later you close the poll and the system offers you the date / period with the highest score to choose as the agreed one.

DAY, WEEK OR MONTH?

Xeevio.com supports single date scheduling for the event that occurs at a specified date and time or period scheduling when the event is set with starting and ending date (weekend, week, fortnight etc.)

AM I SURE OR NOT?

You can set two different scales for answers. Either simple "yes / no" or "definitely / maybe / maybe not / definitely not" for the more hesitative attendants.

WHO CAN I INVITE

You can invite anyone who has an email address which effectively means anyone :) The email addresses you add to a new poll will be used ONLY for sending the invitations and will not be available to anyone else than you and the particular attendant. Note that each attendant in the poll will be provided with obscured email addresses of the remaining attendants, eg. "john.d**@**mail.com".

AUTOMATIC INVITATIONS

Once you create a new poll the system automatically sends invitations to all attendants providing a unique link to each. Every attendant is not allowed to vote on behalf of another one. To the contrary you as poll administrator can vote on behalf of any other attendant. And of course on behalf of yourself.

AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATIONS

If you change the poll options all the attendants will be notified that the poll has been changed. Also you will get notified if any of the attendants saves his/her vote.

REMINDERS

You can easily remind the attendants that have not voted yet. Either in a bulk or individually but very quickly and easily when you log in to your account at Xeevio.com. Note you may send a reminder to particular attendant only once per day. If you want to send more messages to a single attendant you have to do it on your own via your provider.
